Sign in
Your first visit does two things: it turns the invitation we sent you into a working administrator account, and it shows you the four apps you will move between for the rest of this tutorial.
Set your password
Section titled “Set your password”You should have an invitation link from us. Open it.
It takes you to the Admin Console, which asks you to choose a password. The form states the minimum length it will accept.
This password is yours alone. We issue the invitation, but you set the credential, so nobody at OnTwins can sign in as you.
Accepting the invitation is also what activates your organization. Until someone accepts it, sign-in is refused for everyone in your organization, with a message saying so rather than a generic failure. You only do this once — everyone you invite later gets their own link and sets their own password the same way.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Go to /admin/ on the address we sent you, and sign in with your email and the password you just set.
Where you are
Section titled “Where you are”OnTwins is not one screen but four apps, each owning a different kind of work. They share one sign-in, so moving between them does not ask for your password again.

Opening the bare address with no path takes you to the Viewer, since watching the site is what most people do most days.
Every app carries an app switcher in its header, listing the apps you have access to. That switcher is the normal way to move around — the paths above are worth knowing for bookmarks and for following along here, but you will rarely type them.
If you cannot sign in
Section titled “If you cannot sign in”Two refusals have specific meanings.
- A message that the handover is not yet complete. The invitation has not been accepted yet. Open the link first; if it has expired, ask us for a new one at customer@ontwins.com.
- Email or password is incorrect. This covers a wrong credential and a deactivated account alike, on purpose — the message does not reveal which, so nobody can use the sign-in form to discover who has an account.
Next, open Scenes Studio and create a project for the site you are going to model.
